These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Mystic Lake Casino Hotel's services, including but not limited to its gaming floor, hotel, dining, entertainment complex, and other amenities.

1. Definitions

In these Terms, "we", "us" or "our" refers to the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC), a federally recognized Native American tribe in Minnesota that owns and operates Mystic Lake Casino Hotel. The term "you" or "your" refers to each person accessing our services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, please do not access our services.

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 21 years old;
• Provide valid identification; and
• Comply with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations in Minnesota and the United States.You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our services complies with all relevant laws and regulations.

4. Services

Our services include but are not limited to:

• Gaming floor activities;
• Hotel accommodations;
• Dining facilities; and
• Entertainment complex events.We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

5. Gaming Floor Activities

All gaming floor activities, including casino games, table games, and slot machines, are subject to Minnesota state law and our internal rules of play. We may change or cancel any game at any time without notice.

6. Hotel Accommodations

Room rates, policies, and availability are subject to change without prior notice. You must be 21 years old to stay in the hotel unless accompanied by an adult.

7. Responsible Gaming Practices

We promote responsible gaming practices and encourage you to gamble within your means. We may provide you with information on problem gambling resources if requested.

8. Club M Loyalty Program

Our loyalty program, Club M, is subject to its own terms and conditions, which are available upon request.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, including text, images, graphics, and software, contained in or accessible through our services are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, display, or exploit any material without prior written permission.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be resolved according to Minnesota state law and the applicable federal laws of the United States. We reserve all rights under this clause.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of laws principles or any jurisdictional issue.

12. Entire Agreement; Amendments

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our services. We may modify these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services after a modification becomes effective shall indicate your acceptance of such modifications.
